Was having trouble with my GPS on my Trike. Jeremy Sikes looked at bike and scheduled an appointment to fix the issue. I arrived on time at dealership and was met at door and was called by name. Service took the bike right in to the shop. 20 minutes later was given an update and what it would take to fix the issue. Jeremy stated they would start to fix the issue immediately. Originally was told it would take about 2 hours, but it only took about an hour and 20 minutes. I was kept informed of the progress about every 20 minutes. Was very impressed by the communication to keep me informed of the progress. I was also impressed by how they treated every customer in the service department. I can not say enough how pleased I was during the whole experience. Jeremy Sikes went out of his way to make my experience positive. This has to be the best experience I have every had at a Harley Service Department. I know you only go to 5 stars, but I would give it a 10 start rating if possible. Jeremy is a fantastic Service Manager, and your mechanics are very good and take pride in the job. Dang, they even washed my bike and I was not expecting this to be done. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE.
