LiveWire Electric Motorcycle

Will Harley-Davidson offer additional electric motorcycles?

We intend for the all-new LiveWire™ motorcycle to be followed by an exciting portfolio of two-wheeled electric vehicles.

What is the name of the electric motorcycle?

What is the difference between Project LiveWire and LiveWire™?

Project LiveWire was an electric prototype model created in 2014. We allowed real riders to test out the motorcycle across the world, and feedback was collected on the experiences and features of the motorcycle. This input was then used to refine the development of the all-new LiveWire™ motorcycle - a next generation electric motorcycle that builds on the performance of the original prototype.

When will the LiveWire™ motorcycle be released?

Planned launch date: 2019

Where can I purchase the LiveWire™ motorcycle?

Current plans are for the LiveWire™ motorcycle to be available in North America and parts of Europe first.

Where will the LiveWire™ motorcycle be built?

Designed at Harley-Davidson’s Product Development Center in Wisconsin and built at Harley-Davidson’s state of the art manufacturing facility in York, PA.

What are the product specifications of the LiveWire™ motorcycle?
