Great staff, everyone is friendly; the visit was like finally coming home. Excellent service department. The person that sold me a helmet took about 15 minutes to help me select the perfect one for me and gave me fashion suggestions for a do rag for my long hair!

Art is the man to see. He didn't hard sell me and had patience as I test drove many different style bikes. Ultimately Ianded on same style bike I've always ridden (Heritage Softail) just a newer version. Any issues that popped up the staff took ownership and resolved it. I ordered aftermarket parts to add where the service department definitely cares about you getting back on the road. Keith (GM) understands that we are customers for life if treated well, and that's what every department does. I highly recommend checking out their wide selection of inventory. In times of supply chain shortages, killer creek still has plenty of inventory to see.

Killer Creek helped me trade in my 2020 Softail Standard and get onto a 2014 Street Glide Special! A better bike to fit my lifestyle. Crazy Eye, and Joe Ball went above and beyond! I love my new Harley and have to that everyone at Killer Creek for all they did to help me upgrade.

Man where do I start. From the moment I first walked into the dealership, my sales representative Houston, treated me like I was his first and last client. I went into the dealership looking for an iron 883 for my girlfriend and they had the exact color that she wanted. Having a recent bad experience with a competing Harley dealership, both my girlfriend and I had an extremely bad taste in my mouth. However, Houston and the entire team at Killer Creek HD just went above and beyond.With my girlfriend on the phone and me at the dealership we agreed to a great price on the bike with ZERO haggling which was already a good sign. We agreed to come in the next day to pick up the bike. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were greeted like we were buying a 500,000 dollar Rolls-Royce, not an 11000 dollar motorcycle. Not to mention, we were in and out in an HOUR!Originally planning to load up the bike in the back of my truck, the weather threw a wrench in those plans but Houston offered to deliver the bike at no charge to our home 50 miles away the next day. And did just that!Everyone from Houston, to the finance manager, to the motor-clothes specialist, to the service department and finally the lovely delivery driver just went above and beyond. Quite frankly, im still in awe on how great the experience was. Also being in the service industry, i strive to be as great as everyone in that store was. Killer creek HD was by far, the greatest vehicle buying experience ive ever had. Thank you so much girls and guys. I will definitely be referrass friends and family to you guys!

We stopped by on a day out and about to add a couple of chips to our collection. Friendly people is all that we met as we started walking around the place. They did not care that we were there to spend only a couple of bucks, they treated us like we were there to spend a million.
But no trip is complete without a little drooling over the bikes.Having been Breakout owners for a few years, we have been toying with the idea of upgrading since we ride together (2up) more now.
There she stood, pretty as could be, just singing our name. A 2020 Barracuda Silver Road Glide Special.
Huston hung back, letting us admire her beauty, before approaching to see if we had any questions. He was never pushy, so friendly and extremely patient as we grappled with the decision if we were going to make her ours. He worked for us, to make the process as painless as possible, as we shared our goofy memories of times on our Breakout.
Since we were not planning on buying a bike, we did not have any of our gear, they loaned my husband a helmet for the test drive. But above that, it was a chilly day, and Huston let my husband borrow his jacket too. Now that is service!!!!The "Fill-In" Finance guy, Joe, was straightforward, no BS, just the way we like it. He made the "never fun part" of finance go by quick and with a couple of laughs.They offered to deliver our bike for no charge (we live a couple hours away). But, we declined, only because we wanted a ride on our Breakout one last time.
Morning of pickup went like a breeze. We were greeted like one of the family and that is what we feel like. We will definitely be making the beautiful drive down to stop in and see our new Killer Creek family.Highly recommend you stop by and see for yourself what a top-notch HD Dealer is. Always love this store! And today was NO EXCEPTION! If you love gray customer service them this is where you shop! We've been there for big events, small repairs and ensuring in between... ALWAYS gets with energy and enthusiasm. I had to call back to get the names right from today's visit. Kayla sits behind the front desk and gets every costumer they the door and on the phone with an enthusiastic smile and helpful attitude. I was checking out some summer outfit possibilities in apparel and was greeted the same way by Waleska who is just as energetic and happy to help! She is also bilingual! Who've made my visit extra fun as I am currently learning the language. She had great suggestions for that as well as offered up color options on the items I was admiring so I knew what choices I had. Awesome salesperson and super cool lady! Very welcoming and competent team! We have been there like I said, often as customer. But also equally important to my opinion is that we have also been there with my man in his professional capacity (like today) visiting the service area. He works for warranty companies and inspects service request ALL DAY at different repair service areas for multiple auto sales and service companies. So when he thinks a place is the best place to buy it is a valuable opinion. I love happy people who know their stuff and that's why I LOVE THEM HERE!Y, por supuesto, las Harley Davidson siempre han sido mis motocicletas favoritas!
